             Buying Saddles

There are 3 options when buying a  second hand saddle from sophysio saddles.  You can pay via the website but please be aware that if you want to return a saddle, the refund can take up to 10 working days. You can pay via payal if you want to and is so easy. Send a payment to sophieellenhandley@hotmail.co.uk. If you want to return the saddle it will be less paypal charges. Alternatively you can contact to do a direct payment where there will be no charges.

Saddles will be shipped within 1 working day of being paid for. The package will be sent to the address given in correspondence and be charged a standard rate of £30.

Tracking information will be provided to track your exciting delivery along its journey. When the parcel is signed for, you start the 5 day trial period. Happy riding and hopefully the saddle will be all you wished for, for you and your horse!

If you decide the saddles is not for you (and that's ok), the saddles should be sent back the following day by an insured courier, to be signed for, first class, and at the purchasers expense.

On returning to Sophysio, the saddle will be checked for damage and if all is well, the price of the saddle will be reimbursed within 2 working days. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If you wish to try another saddle (which is great) then feel free to browse and contact to arrange another saddle to be sent out.

All other products are sent in 1-3 working days. The payment for shipping depends on the weight of the parcel.

Up to 5kg = £3.00

Up to 10kg = £4.00

Up to 15kg = £6.00
